These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the "conditions of use") apply to the online retail store THE LEAGUE EXTRAORDINAIRE (hereinafter, "The Company"), with domain www.league-extraordinaire.com, property of KERN VISUELE COMMUNICATIE v.o.f. (hereinafter, "KERN") and its licensees. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the service. Please read carefully below for details of the agreement.

The undermentioned is applicable to the webpage on www.league-extraordinaire.com. If you have any question about the objects or your order, the best way to reach us is at info@league-extraordinaire.com.

For the best fulfillment of its services, The Company is obliged to provide certain data of its clients (name, surnames, address, telephone, etc.) to other companies that collaborate with the provision of the service (carriers, financial entities or service companies web hosting). In all cases, the data provided is strictly necessary for the specific activity that will be carried out with the commercial activity at www.league-extraordinaire.com

You can visit this website without notifying who you are and without giving any information about yourself. Although situations may occur where we will need more information about you in order to communicate with you, such as to book an order or to register your name, we will inform you by all means when we collect your personal data on the internet.

This website keeps track of the amount of visitors, the websites where they come from and which provider the visitor uses to access the internet. The data will be exclusively used in such a manner where it cannot be reduced to individuals or persons. Collected personal data will not be sold, nor will it be made available to third parties, exceptions can occur only when this data is legally required. And, at any moment, you can request to remove your data out of our files.

The pieces are limited in number. Our products are limited editions to a certain number of units. Once the sale of each edition is finished, it will no longer be available. For any questions about availability of our products, please contact us.

Advertised Product offerings and prices by The Company are valid only until they are visible on the site and/or until stocks are exhausted (whether or not the website is updated to reflect current availability).

The Company does not in any way guarantee the availability of any product for sale generally, or for any specified period, but The Company shall in good faith fulfill orders as they are received while stocks last.

We ship internationally using PostNL, our shipping provider. If the country where you want to ship is not available, please contact us through info@league-extraordinaire.com. Listed prices for the limited editions are exclusive of shipping. Shipping rates are determined based on weight, and the destination address. We will confirm all shipping costs before finalizing your sale. There is no minimum order amount. 

All confirmed orders will be immediately charged and delivered as soon as possible vía expedited service at no extra charge, unless otherwise stated, and typically within 30-90 business days, depending on the destination address. Deliveries to EU Countries usually arrive within 1-2 working days. Deliveries to US, Canada, Switzerland, Norway and Asia might take 2-3 additional days. You will be notified, and will receive tracking information by email when your order has been shipped. Please note that P.O. Box addresses are not accepted.

Regarding loss claims, please contact POST NL (https://www.postnl.nl). If your package is unable to be found by the shipping provider, reach us at info@league-extraordinaire.com. Buyers are responsible for the information that implies when they place the order. The additional shipping costs, caused by the declaration of an incorrect or incomplete address, are the sole responsibility of the final customer. We can not be held liable for any customs or customs duties or taxes that may affect any shipment made outside Spain.

The prices indicated on the screen, including tax for the Netherlands and European Union resident clients, are expressed in Euros (€) and are valid, except for typographical error or omission. The offers are duly marked and identified as such.

We accept payments by Paypal and Mollie (iDeal).  

All contents of such as logos, brands, designs, models, icons, drawings, graphics and designs, are the property of the intellectual and industrial property of their owners, and national and international legislation that protects their legitimate rights.

Every product ordered on the website may be returned within 14 days after it has been delivered to the buyer, without stating a reason (note the above exception: if the product has been delivered defective or incomplete, the buyer must send an email to the LEAGUE EXTRAORDINAIRE support team, and wait for further instructions).

The right to return the product only applies if the product and the packaging can be returned in the same condition as when it was delivered. The buyer is only permitted to open the package or use the product to be able to decide whether he/she wishes to keep the product.

The buyer is responsible for the return of the order and bears all risks related to the shipment. The costs to return the order are for the buyer. In case an insured return goes missing, is damaged, or the delivery is refused (for example, if a valid signature for receipt cannot be presented by the carrier), the buyer has the option to hold the carrier responsible. In this case, as the sender of the return shipment, the buyer must initiate a complaints procedure with the transport company that he or she has used for the return shipment. The buyer must keep the proof of shipment, including the track & trace details of the insured return shipment, so that he/she can hold the carrier liable if the return shipment is missing or damaged or if receipt of the return shipment is disputed.

When delivering services: When delivering services, the consumer has the option of dissolving the agreement without giving any reason for at least fourteen days, starting on the day of entering into the agreement.

To make use of his right of withdrawal, the consumer must comply with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by the entrepreneur with the offer and/or at the latest upon delivery.

If you breach the terms, we may terminate, or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation.

All provisions of the terms, which by their nature should survive termination, shall survive termination, including without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
