About the artist

Moritz 'golden' green

Growing up in graffiti city Hamburg and as part of the artist group Ultraboyz, Moritz developed his unique graffiti aesthetic with typical stylistic elements. Clever constructed letters and shapes play roles in a retro futuristic universe full of surreal characters. Beyond the world of graffiti he works across printing, painting and paper cuts.

The League Extraordinaire is a football scarf project that was established in 2015 by Dutch design studio Kern. Every year four of Kern's favorite artists are invited to join The League Extraordinaire (TLE). The number of scarves produced is limited to a one time run for which fans need to pre-order, with a minimum of 60.

The scarves are made from high quality yarn. The type of scarf that both hooligans and members of VIP lounges wear to show their club-love. Every scarf is produced in the EU in a single run, sent in a solid carton box that fits through a standard letter box, tagged with a numbered edition-label.
