Studio GdB

Studio GdB (NL) is Gilles de Brock and Jaap Giesen. Studio GdB makes mostly unique ceramic tiles with their truly original process and aesthetics. Their tiles and designs are on the cutting edge of retro and high tech, of tactile and digital, of graphical and architectural. Process, errors and reproduction are central themes in their output.

About the project

The League Extraordinaire is a football scarf project that was established in 2015 by Dutch design studio Kern. Every year four of Kern's favorite artists are invited to join The League Extraordinaire (TLE). The number of scarves produced is limited to a one time run for which fans need to pre-order, with a minimum of 60.

The scarves are made from high quality yarn. The type of scarf that both hooligans and members of VIP lounges wear to show their club-love. Every scarf is produced in the EU in a single run, sent in a solid carton box that fits through a standard letter box, tagged with a numbered edition-label.
